Hi, I’m Raphaël!
I am a designer and artist currently creating UX Motion Design. I aim to weave my passion for Sound Design into the UX process.
Currently, I’m at Punchcut in San Francisco helping design the interfaces of the future. Due to an NDA, I can only provide details upon request.
You can reach me at firstname.lastname@example.org. Here is my resume.
I grew up near Boston, Massachusetts with a French mother and American father. As a child, I was drawn to music and building with Lego’s. I played Flute for 7 years and sang in high school musicals (even playing Warner Huntington III in Legally Blonde - yikes).
While studying Communication Design at Carnegie Mellon, I enjoyed the school’s emphasis on systems-level thinking, which led me to intern at Doblin, a Deloitte company, in New York. Along the way, I developed a passion for audiovisual experiences.
After graduating with a Bachelor’s of Design and a minor in Sound Design, I received a scholarship to the Post-Baccalaureate art program at Tufts to explore animation and sound design. I used commercial visuals, cuteness, and anthropomorphism to try to help people look at the world in a more compassionate way.
